CAMDEN-WYOMING - Craig L. Lambert passed away at home on April 1, 2022 after a long fought battle with cancer.
Mr. Lambert was employed with the State of Delaware for over 25 years, for the past 14 years, as a Transit System Administrator for Delaware Transit. Craig enjoyed working with and learning all types of technology, from computers to cell phones, to home automation systems. He would smile whenever someone referred to him as a GEEK. He enjoyed hiking, capturing family events with photos and watching the Orioles, Clemson Football and Ravens games. Most importantly Craig enjoyed spending time with his family.
Craig is survived by his wife of 25 years, Shelly Ludden Lambert; their two sons, Cade and Cale Lambert, both at home; his parents, Robert and Nancy Lambert of Dover; brother, Kenneth Lambert of Maryland; mother-in-law, Marilyn Ludden of Dover; sister-in-law, Kelly Tiedemann; nephews, Kyle and Korey Tiedemann, their wives Clara and Mary and their children; along with extended family and friends.
Craig was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George and Henrietta Lambert; maternal grandparents, Norman and Helen Schmitz; and his brother-in-law, Keith Tiedemann.
A private Celebration of Life will be held by the family.
Craig has always wanted to contribute to the fight against Cancer. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111. Donate Fox Chase Online condolences may be made via www.pippinfuneral home.com
