Cornelia E. Clark

MILLSBORO - Cornelia E. Clark departed this life on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013, at Renaissance Healthcare. Born in Millsboro, she was the daughter of the late Eldridge and Mattie Johnson. Mrs. Clark was a member of Harmony United Methodist Church in Millsboro. She was also a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Prior to retiring, she was self-employed as a daycare provider. Loving memories will be cherished by: her husband, Albert C. Clark of Millsboro; three daughters, Victoria (Robert) Smith of Salisbury, Md., Valarie (David) Short of Fruitland, Md., and Dana (Bennie) Lee of Bear; one son, Virgil (Mayola) Clark of Millsboro; two brothers-in-law, Harace (Margaret) Clark of Dagsboro and Howard (Mary Frances) Clark of Frankford; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mrs. Clark will lie in repose on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Harmony United Methodist Church located on Route 24 in Millsboro. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Rev. Claudia Waters will officiate. Interment will follow in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery located on 26669 Patriots Way in Millsboro.
