Baker, U.S.M.C. (Ret.), 93 WEEMS, Va. - Charles Roland Baker of passed away on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012 at Rappahannock General Hospital in Kilmarnock, Va. in the company of his devoted children Brenda Mayer and Richard Baker. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at noon at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE, where friends may call from 10 a.m. till noon. Rev. Jim Vanderwall will officiate. Interment follows with full Military Honors at the Millsboro Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Grace United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 566, Millsboro, DE 19966
