MILLSBORO - Clifford W. Paynter, passed away at his residence on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Racshel "Peaches"; sons, Clifford III, Etoy Phillips, Ta'Shawn Nock, Jay Porter, and Cullen Phillips; daughter, Kamesha Worthy; parents, Clifford Sr. and Nancy Paynter; brothers, Andrew Brown and Frederick Serrano; sister, Cynthia Weatherby; eight grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
