MILLSBORO - Clifford W. Paynter, passed away at his residence on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Racshel "Peaches"; sons, Clifford III, Etoy Phillips, Ta'Shawn Nock, Jay Porter, and Cullen Phillips; daughter, Kamesha Worthy; parents, Clifford Sr. and Nancy Paynter; brothers, Andrew Brown and Frederick Serrano; sister, Cynthia Weatherby; eight grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. today, Nov. 17, 2012 at Pilgrims Ministries of Deliverance, DuPont Highway, Georgetown, DE. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church. Professional services of compassion and devotion by Harris-Nock Funeral Home in Laurel, DE.
