Claus Wolfgang Twisselmann

FELTON - Claus Wolfgang Twisselmann, of Felton, formerly of Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014 at Kent General Hospital in Dover. He was born in Germany, the son of the late Henry and Freida Twisselmann. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a butcher for Pantry Pride, retiring in 1988. He was best known for his genetic breeding ability of numerous animals. He is survived by his children, Daniel Twisselmann and wife, Diane, of Milford and Dennis Twisselmann and wife, Bertie, of Lincoln; three siblings in Germany; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 17, 2014 in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, Main St., Felton, where friends may call after 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
