Clara Wilson Baker

HARRINGTON - Clara Wilson Baker passed away Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 in Bayhealth Medical Center, Kent General Hospital, Dover, Del. Born in Chester, Pa., the daughter of the late Jeannette Pittman and Walter James Wilson. She was a bus driver for R&M Bus Service in Bridgeville before she retired. She was a member of the Salvation Army Chester Corps and the Ladies of the Moose, Seaford, Del. She is survived by a son, William P. Baker Jr., and his wife Pamela of Seaford; a daughter, Beverly J. Baker of Seaford; a brother, Orrie Wilson of Chester, PA; three grandchildren, Gina Lee Baker, William P. Baker III and Victoria A. Carey; and one great-grandchild, Javin Liam. A memorial service will be held on Saturday Feb. 2, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Watson-Yates Funeral Home, Front & King Streets, Seaford, Del., where friends may call one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association, PA-DE Affiliate, 625 West Ridge Pike, Suite A100, Conshohocken, PA 19428-0860 or to the American Cancer Society, Mid-Atlantic Division Inc., 1138 Parsons Rd., Salisbury, MD 21801.
