Christopher Kyle Lindner CAMBRIDGE - Christopher Kyle Lindner, passed away on May 26, 2010, at his home. He was born on December 25, 1985, the son of William Jefferson Lindner Jr. and Jennifer Lee Richardson. He was working as Sous Chef at Snappers Waterfront Café, in Cambridge, where he started working when he was 16. Kyle graduated from Cambridge South Dorchester High School in 2004, and graduated from Johnson and Wales in Charlotte, North Carolina with a degree in Culinary Arts in 2006. After college he returned to Cambridge and was made Sous Chef at Snappers Waterfront Café. Kyle enjoyed cooking, working, fixing up "the bronco", bartending, and being surrounded by his good friends. Surviving are parents William Jefferson Lindner and Jennifer Langkammerer; one sister, Katie Lindner; grandparents Loretta and Atwood Henry, and William and Wanda Lindner Sr.; Uncle and Aunt John and Terri Willis; Uncle and Aunt Jaime and Terri Richardson, Uncle Butch Richardson; Aunt Zanna Lindner, and Uncle and Aunt Dale and Cynthia Tall. Kyle is preceded in death by his grandfather William Richardson. Pallbearers will CPL Jeremy Brewer, Brian Mahon, Charles Tinley, Matthew Dail, Derek Wattay, Justin Howard and Floyd. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Zion United Methodist Church, 612 Locust Street, Cambridge, MD with Rev. William Davis officiating. Burial followed at Dorchester Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Boy Scouts of America Troop 209, 5637 Springdale Road, East New Market, MD 21631 or to the Cambridge Little League, P.O. Box 1275, Cambridge, MD 21613.
