DENTON, Md. - Christopher J. Spiering, of Denton, died Thursday, July 28, 2011, at his home. He was 52 years old. Born in Dover, Del., on Aug. 1, 1958, Mr. Spiering was the son of Gene and Christine Andrew Spiering, both of Denton. He was a 1976 graduate of North Caroline High School in Denton. He retired from the US Navy in the late 1990's. In addition to his parents, Mr. Spiering is survived by a brother and his wife, Charles W. and Wanda Spiering of Dover. A graveside memorial service will be 12 Noon on Friday, August 5th, in the Denton Cemetery.
