HARTLY-Charlotte Pauline Henry passed away Monday, January 5, 2015 at Courtland Manor Nursing home. Mrs. Henry was born December 21, 1939 in Dover to the late Allee Lowman and Florence E. Taylor Lowman. She worked for Capitol School District as a substitute teacher for approximately 20 years. Mrs. Henry was also a Sunday school teacher for more than 40 years at the Dover Bible Chapel. She loved genealogy but her passion was spending time with her family. Mrs. Henry is survived by her husband of 55 years, Donald Lee Henry of Hartly; sons, Jesse Henry and his wife Valerie of Hartly, Jim Henry and his wife Carla of Felton; daughter, Sharon Collier and her husband Stephen of Bridgeville, DE; sisters, Gladys Wilkerson of Hartly, Bessie Eglit, Doris Daniels both of Dover; grandchildren, Bradley, Aaron, David, Kyle, Jessica, Taylor, Jordan, and Selena; great-grandchildren, Donavan and Ethan. Funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Friday, January 9, 2015 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at www.torbertfuneral.com
