MILLSBORO - Charlotte L. Parsons passed away in the loving care of her family at home on Feb. 17, 2013. She was a high school graduate, and in 1954 she married her husband, Richard Parsons with whom she enjoyed 56 years of marriage, and raised six children. A funeral service and celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25, 2013 where friends may call after 11 a.m. at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington Street, Millsboro, DE.
