DOVER-Charlotte Ann Goff passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Kent General Hospital. Mrs. Goff was born October 18, 1942 in Attleboro, Mass. to the late Edward J. Mullins and Charlotte E. Capron Mullins. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting, her dogs but especially spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Peter Henry Goff of Dover; daughters, Colleen Porter and her husband Timothy of Camden, Katy Goff, and Susan Kosikowski and her husband Thomas all of Dover; grandchildren, Shane Porter and his wife Ashley, Brent Porter, Breanne Porter, Camille Kosikowski and Allison Kowikowski; great-granddaughter, Isabelle Porter. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Bayhealth Foundation, 640 S. State Street, Dover, Del. 19901.
