GEORGETOWN - Charles W. Jewell passed away at home on April 14, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Mary Darling Jewell; a son, Chuck Jewell; daughters, Sandy Kelley, Mary Bennett, Lorraine Willey, and Arlene Yannucci; two brothers, Gene Jewell and Frank Jewell; and two sisters, Barbara Wilkerson and Aretta Ryan; and 17 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the Hebron UMC Cemetery, located on Seaside Highway, Georgetown, DE with the conferring of Military Honors. Rev.
