Robertson, Jr., 84 DOVER - Charles S. Robertson, Jr. "Chuck" passed at home with his family beside him. Mr. Robertson was born Jan. 19, 1930 in Bridgeville, Pa. to the late Charles S. Robertson, Sr. and Leila Mae Love Robertson. He worked as a Vacuum Melt Induction Furnace Operator for Cytemp Specialty Steel in both Bridgeville and Titusville, Pa. They produced titanium components of Moon Landing Craft, some parts for which are still on the moon. Mr. Robertson was an avid car buff and collected model cars and trucks, and drove for several local car dealers. He was a firearm enthusiast and enjoyed hunting, fishing, western movies and spending time with his family. Mr. Robertson was a member of the Masonic Lodge #754 in Titusville. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Rose Marie Ciminel Robertson of Dover; son, Dale Robertson and his wife Marie of Rock Hall, Md.; daughter, Karen Lee Beers and her husband Larry of Dover, Del.; grandchildren, KamiLyn Beers of Dover, Bryan Beers and wife, Kendra of Newport News, Va., Brooks Robertson and his wife Angie of Helena, Mont., Krystal Proctor of Warwick, Md., Josh Wilson and his wife Sarah of Smyrna, Del. and Jayson Wilson of Middletown, Del.; great grandchildren, Micah and Kirsten Beers, Wynter, Summit, Evarist Robertson, Kayla, Khloe Proctor and Norah Wilson. Funeral services will be held 8 p.m., Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment and a Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., in Robinson Run Cemetery, McDonald, Pa. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Delaware Hospice, 911 S. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901. The family would also like to thank Delaware Hospice for the care they showed especially Roxanne Lewis. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
