AKRON, OH - Charles S. Daniel, 55, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on March 4, 2013. Charles was born in Barberton and was raised in the Barberton/Wadsworth area. He graduated as Valedictorian from Stuttguardt American High School in Germany and lived 20 years in Delaware. He recently moved back to the Akron area. Charles was a proud Army Veteran having served two tours of duty. Survivors include his daughters, Gypsy (Greg) Hoover and Charlynn Daniel; son, Charles J. (girlfriend Amanda); grandchildren Katie, Jordan, Emily, Gabriel and Aubree; mother Patricia E. Baughman; father Charles R. (Helen); sisters Terry (Robert) Wimberly, Leigh Anne (Stephen) Goulet, Michelle (Jay) Dulaney and Kelly (Roger) Pressler; brothers Russell (Toni) Daniel and Kevin Daniel; and special friend Sarah Burton of the U.K. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 11, 2013 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Pastor Dan Tayman officiating. Please meet at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Crossroads Hospice, 3743 Boettler Oaks Dr., Ste.
