Charles Byron Pepper

GEORGETOWN - Charles Byron Pepper, passed away Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012 at home. Charles was born in Georgetown, son of the late Paul John and Isabelle (Green) Pepper. He was a computer analyst with the State of Delaware. Charles enjoyed photography. He is survived by two children, Barry Pepper, of Wilmington, and Laurie L. Dunton, of Rocky Mount, Va.; his wife of four years, Deborah (English) Pepper; grandson, Jeffrey Dunton; and great-granddaughter, Haley Dunton. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market Street, Georgetown, where friends may call after 1 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the National Rifle Association, www.nra.org, Wounded Warriors Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675, or Alzheimer's Association, www.alz.org.
