GEORGETOWN - Charles Byron Pepper, passed away Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012 at home. Charles was born in Georgetown, son of the late Paul John and Isabelle (Green) Pepper. He was a computer analyst with the State of Delaware. Charles enjoyed photography. He is survived by two children, Barry Pepper, of Wilmington, and Laurie L. Dunton, of Rocky Mount, Va.; his wife of four years, Deborah (English) Pepper; grandson, Jeffrey Dunton; and great-granddaughter, Haley Dunton. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market Street, Georgetown, where friends may call after 1 p.m. Burial will be private.
