However, what is coming even sooner is the online silent auction portion of this highly revered and anticipated event that supports local businesses and simplifies your holiday checklist. Experience “the Beat of Business” this Holiday season with your local community, as you celebrate the heart of central Delaware in the Capital of the First State.
The CDCC will open its online auction “doors” to the public this Friday, Oct. 14, and close them on Oct. 21. This means that the public, you, can pick and peruse items to bid on for a whole week. The CDCC advises you not to delay because the best bid wins. This is the perfect time and method to check out over 150 uniquely made and curated items, baskets, experiences, certificates and more. The CDCC ensures that you won’t find deals like this anywhere else but the CDCC Holiday Gift Auction – thanks to all our graciously generous members who donate their time, products, and services to spread holiday cheer.

All items won online will then be available for pick-up at the CDCC’s live auction on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at Maple Dale Country Club, beginning at 5 p.m. It will feel like Christmas morning at this mixer-style event accompanied by food, drinks, and more gifts to bid on. The CDCC can’t wait to see the faces of the community light up with their new goods, either for themselves or for that special someone on their list.
