Central figure for central Delaware reflects on decades of service

DOVER — No two days are ever quite the same for Michael Petit de Mange, whose job as Kent County administrator can be described as both exhausting and gratifying.

But that will change in December when the 63-year-old retires from his role, after leading the Department of Administration for nearly 16 years.
