DOVER — The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Double D Taphouse, LLC., this month to celebrate the grand opening of the new business.
The ceremony was held at 137 Jerome Dr., Suite 130, in Dover. Chamber members, friends and staff members joined owner, Gina Haven, to celebrate.
The mission of Double D Taphouse is to help support and promote local. They want to shine a light on local breweries, wineries and distilleries and assist customers in experiencing local libations at their best. They strive to create a friendly atmosphere that fosters lively conversations over good-tasting local, brews, wines, spirits, and meads. They sum it up in this way: “We are here helping you make POUR choices.”
In addition to providing a great place to interact with friends over local libations, the Double D Taphouse also wants to offer local adult-beverage businesses a place to test run their newest creations. The Double D Taphouse’s patrons will be able to provide their feedback and steer crafters in the right direction regarding their new products.
