DOVER - Cecile Murphy died Jan. 31, 2013 at Bay Health Medical in Dover. Born in White Plains, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late William J. and Cecilia Tobin Murphy. Ms. Murphy had worked for AT&T as an engineering Associate and had retired in 1983. She had moved from Alexandria, Va. to Dover in 1996. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church of Dover where she was an active Pro-Life Advocate for over 20 years. She is survived by her brother, Robert P. Murphy of Tequesta, Fla.; along with a niece Laura Ferraro of Alexandria, Va.; and a nephew, Dr. William Murphy of Jupiter, Fla. Graveside Committal Services followed by Burial will be held Friday, Feb. 8, 2013 in Mount Calvary Cemetery located in White Plains, N.Y.
