DELAWARE CITY - Cathy Louise Welch passed away Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013 at home. Mrs. Welch was born Oct. 3, 1956 in Easton, Md. to Leroy Wesley Graham and Naomi Ruth Hunter. She worked as a waitress for Greensboro Restaurant and Jimmy's Grille in Bridgeville. Mrs. Welch enjoyed going to the beach, shopping, amusement parks but most of all spending time with her daughter and grandson. She is survived by her daughter, Shelly Ann Dehorty of Delaware City; brothers, Leroy Welsley Graham, Jr.; Linda Sue Bowman and Diane Ruth Parks; and grandson, Brian Michael Ramsey. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, 2013 at Templeville Community Church, Barclay Road, Templeville, Md. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 92 Reads Way #205, New Castle, DE 19720.
