Cassandra (Sandy) B. Quesada GEORGETOWN - Cassandra (Sandy) B. Quesada, of Georgetown, passed away on Friday, Jan. 15, 2010, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes after a long illness, she was 66. Sandy a was born in Mt. Holly, N.J., the daughter of the late Cas and Katherine (Clark) Banas. Sandy moved to Georgetown, from Coatesville, Pa., in 1965. Sandy attended Goldey-Beacom College. She worked as a paralegal at the law office of Henry Clay Davis in Georgetown for 26 years retiring in 2005. She was a past member of Sussex Pines Country Club, and enjoyed decorating and shopping. In addition to both parents, she was preceded in death by two infant sons; and a sister, Joan Massa. Sandy is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, Stephen (Steve) L. Quesada; two children, Sharon K. MeGee of Georgetown, Michael A. MeGee and his wife Katie of Georgetown; and step children, Kathy Lawrence and her husband Sinh of California, Annmarie Johnson of Dover, Julie Holston of Georgetown, Nancy Willis and her husband Ronald of Federalsburg, Md.; and three grandchildren, Julie Batt, Joshua MeGee, and Maxine MeGee. A funeral service will be 11 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 21, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 East Market Street, Georgetown. Burial will be in Union Cemetery.
