Carol Sue Stump

DOVER - Carol Sue Stump passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013 at Courtland Manor in Dover. She was born Feb. 9, 1947 in Pulaski Va., the daughter of Sadie and Harry Lineberry. She moved to Delaware in 1965 with her husband when he was transferred to Dover Air Force Base. She worked as a dental assistant in the Dover area for many years. She enjoyed reading, being outdoors and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Wilmer F. Stump. She is survived by her son, Timothy S. Stump and wife Trina, of Dover; and her daughter, Angela D. Collins and husband Chad, of Frederica; three grandchildren, Cody Hughes, Jordan Hughes, and Quin Collins; and several nieces and nephews. Service will be held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013 at Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St. Dover, where visitation will begin at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, De 19963.
