FEDERALSBURG - Carol Fahey passed away Saturday, August 30, 2014, surrounded by her daughter Franny and her fiance Phil at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. Carol was born in Wilmington and raised in Claymont. She moved to Seaford in 1973 and lived outside Federalsburg for the last twenty one years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; parents, Ray and Alice; and brothers, Ray, Bruce and Frank. She is survived by her daughter, Franny and her husband Frank; her fiance and caregiver, Phil Wright of Federalsburg; brothers, Corky of Pa.; Bobby of San Francisco, Cali.; Earl of Rehoboth Beach; and Donald of Pa.; sisters, Janet of Texas and Alice of Wilmington. Friends may call from 11 to 12 on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Watson-Yates Funeral Home, Front & King Sts., Seaford. A graveside service will follow in Blades Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Carol's love for animals, to Delaware SPCA, 326 S. DuPont Hwy., Georgetown, DE 19947.
