MILFORD - Carl D. "Skip" Morgan died Thursday, September 6, 2012, in Beaufort, S.C. Skip was born and raised in Milford, the son of the late Carl and Lois Morgan, Sr. Skip honorably served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1970 - 1973. Skip owned and operated Carlson Pest Control for 20+ years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Carl D. Morgan III. He is survived by his daughter, Dawn A. Childers, of Beaufort, S.C.; his six grandchildren, Bryson Morgan, Breanna Sanspree, Darian Morgan, Samantha Childers, Hailey Morgan and Douglas Childers; and three great grandchildren. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday evening, September 11, 2012, at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning, September 12, 2012. Burial will be in Ellendale Cemetery, Ponder Rd., Ellendale.
