HARTLY - Carl Bruce Faulkner, Jr. passed away on Monday, April 7, 2014, at the age of 54. Mr. Faulkner was born March 7, 1960 in Chestertown, MD the son of the late Carl Bruce Faulkner, Sr. and Katherine Bowers Faulkner of Hartly. Bruce liked NASCAR and was a Jeff Gordon fan and he enjoyed watching Western movies. He also enjoyed fishing with his sons and going to classic car shows. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Smyrna. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his two sons, Bryan Faulkner and Adam Faulkner, both of Hartly; his brother, Kenneth Faulkner and his wife Barbara of Milford; two sisters, Kathy Parramore and her husband, Kenny of Hartly and Karen Spencer and her husband Kenny of Dover; three nephews, David, Matthew and Kenny; four nieces, Amanda, Katelyn, Kristen and Kylie. A viewing will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 11, 2014 in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 S. Main St. in Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at 12 pm.
