REHOBOTH BEACH — The Cape Henlopen Senior Center will soon be hosting two workshops.

On April 29, “Spring into Fitness” will provide 10-minute demonstrations on all exercise classes taught at the center, 11 Christian St., Rehoboth Beach.

The event starts at 9 a.m. A light lunch will follow.

On May 12, the center will host a wellness fair, starting at 9 a.m. There will be four speakers discussing health topics starting at 10:30. Beebe Healthcare will be doing free blood pressure, cholesterol, bone-density and glucose screenings. Sound Advice Hearing Aid Center will also be administering free hearing tests.
