Cape Henlopen schools stand to lose $4M from feds

The Cape Henlopen School District received the same letter Feb. 14 that many others did.

It was from the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, threatening suspension of federal funding should it be found in noncompliance with the Trump administration’s interpretation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
