Camden-Wyoming woman arrested on drug, weapon charges

CAMDEN-WYOMING — Trillian Reidy, 40, of Camden-Wyoming, was arrested on drug-dealing and weapon charges following the execution of a search warrant Tuesday, Delaware State Police said.

Senior Cpl. Leonard DeMalto said that, at approximately 8:55 p.m., troopers concluded a narcotics investigation and executed the warrant on a residence on the 3000 block of Mud Mill Road.

The officers entered the home and found Ms. Reidy hiding in a closet, Cpl. DeMalto said. She was subsequently taken into custody without further incident.

A search of the house yielded approximately 479 bags containing approximately 3.35 grams of suspected heroin, roughly 33.02 grams of meth, six Xanax pills, approximately 0.8 grams of MDMA, over $850 in suspected drug-dealing proceeds, various items of drug paraphernalia and a .25 caliber handgun.

Ms. Reidy was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 3 quantity, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (two counts), possession of a substance in a Tier 2 quantity, possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Following arraignment by Justice of the Peace Court 7, she was committed to Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution, New Castle, on a $21,800 secured bond.
