FRANKFORD - Calvin W. Cropper passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at his home. Mr. Cropper was born in Frankford, DE on Dec. 3, 1950 son of the late Weldon and Arenthia Elizabeth (Core) Cropper. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Chisley and her husband, Terry; a godson, Javon Kilgoe and two brothers, Robert and James Cropper. A committal service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 28, 2014 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966.
