Caesar Rodney High registered five of their eight pins in under a minute before picking up a 74-6 win over Dover in Henlopen North wrestling on Wednesday night.
The Riders’ sub-minute falls were from Craig Dixon (150 pounds), Cody Waski (157), Owen Dixon (175), Jalen Kennedy (190) and Walter Toomer (215).
CR’s other pins came from Trevor Copes (126), Dylan Bennett (138) and Logan Heffington (165).
The Senators got a second-period pin from Conner Ridgeway (285).
Lake Forest 54, Seaford 30: The Spartans’ collected six pins in earning the Henlopen South victory.
Jerusalem Howard (132) had a 30-second pin before teammate DeMarcus Russ (138) followed with a 31-second fall for Lake Forest. Also winning by pin for the Spartans were Jacob Pinder (120), Case Dempsey (144), Nurrideen Ahmad-Statts (157), Sean Martinez (175), Clay Rosebrooks (190) and Cullen Parsell (215).
Winning by pin for the Blue Jays were Sa`muary Long (285), Doubensly Saint Jean (165), Sean Martinez (175) and Coleman Willey (150).
Sussex Central 72, Sussex Tech 6: The Golden Knights improved to 13-0 with the North victory.
Milford 39, Polytech 36: The Buccaneers edged the Panthers in a North matchup.
Six of Milford’s seven individual wins came by pins in the victory.
Boys’ basketball
Sussex Central 65, Milford 59, OT: The Golden Knights out-scored the Buccaneers, 13-7, in overtime to pick up the Henlopen North win on Tuesday.
Clarence McBride-Allen (16), David Maker (15) and Jaron Cannon (10) all scored in double figures for Central. The Buccaneers out-scored Central, 13-7, in the fourth quarter to tie the contest at 52-52 and force OT.
Seaford 66, Lake Forest 30: The Blue Jays led by only four at halftime before out-scoring the Spartans, 47-15, in the second half.
Senior Makel Hubbard netted a game-high 17 points with Brent Ricketts (14) and Careen Bolden (11) also scoring in double digits for Seaford.

Delmarva Christian 60, Salisbury Christian, Md. 28: The Royals built a 29-9 halftime advantage before earning the win.
Girls’ basketball
Smyrna 58, Dover 46: The Eagles led 27-19 by halftime before improving to 5-3 with their third win in the last four games.
Senior Jayde Rivera tallied 17 points for Smyrna with Skylar Curley (11 rebounds) adding 11 and Kai Burnette scoring 10 points with 10 steals. Rivera hit three of the Eagles’ five three-pointers.
The Senators got 13 points from Ashtyn Torbert and 11 from Sara Zionna Benson.
Early College 41, Laurel 37: Niacah Furlow tallied 15 points as the Hornets posted the South win on Tuesday.
At 6-1, Early College has matched its win total for all last season.
Carlie Venables netted 33 points for the Bulldogs, sinking five three-pointers and hitting 11 of Laurel’s 13 field goals.
Delmarva Christian 60, Salisbury Christian, Md. 6: The Royals, who were playing their first game since Dec. 22, improved to 7-0 with the victory.
Ainsley Bell collected 17 points and five steals for Delmarva Christian.
