ELKTON, MD -Byllie Jane (Latham) Moore of Elkton, Md., passed away peacefully at the age of 88 on Friday, June 1, 2012. She is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Emerson; and a son, Steven P. Moore; and several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2012 in the chapel at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE., where friends may visit one hour prior to services. Entombment will follow in adjoining cemetery.
