Bobbi Ann Brittingham, 54

SALISBURY - Bobbi Ann Brittingham, 54, died at the home of her aunt, Charlene Stagg and her husband, Dr. Paul Stagg in Cambridge on Monday, May 19, 2008 after a seven year illness.

Born on Feb. 3, 1954 in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late Robert "Bob" and Melva Ann Wroten Brittingham.

Bobbi graduated from James M. Bennett Senior High School, class of 1972. She owned and operated Pier One Hair Design in Salisbury for many years. She later went on to become a nationally certified massage therapist until her health would not permit.

In addition to her aunt, Charlene, she is also survived by other aunts and uncles, Robert P. "Sonny" and Faye Wroten of Cambridge, Betty Jane Langrall of Salisbury, Mary Alice Brittingham of Salisbury and Alton" Sonny" Brittingham of Salisbury; beloved Cocker Spaniel, Honey; and several cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by a sister, Kathy Jane Brittingham; maternal grandparents, Melvin and Mazie Wroten and paternal grandparents, Alton and Alice Brittingham.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 115 St. Peter's St., Salisbury.
