Mills, 89 Bishop Raymond Mills, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012. Visitation will be held Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Church of God on Stein Highway in Seaford. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Church of God. Interment will be held in Green Acres Memorial Park, Inc. on West Road in Salisbury, MD. A ministry of comfort and dignity is being provided by Lewis N. Watson Funeral Home, P.A. in Salisbury, MD.
