Beulah L. Taylor

DOVER - Beulah L. Taylor passed away Friday May 10, 2013 at her grandsons home. Mrs. Taylor was born April 24, 1924 in Wilmington, Del. to the late Charles Logan and Beulah Blackiston Logan. She had worked for the WSFS bank in Wilmington on Market Street as a teller from 1948 till 1955 prior to being a homemaker. Mrs. Taylor loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed birds and flowers and was the organist for St. James Episcopal Church and St. Barnabus Church in Marshallton, Del.. Mrs. Taylor attended Christ Episcopal Church in Dover. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Stephen R. Taylor, Sr. in 2001 and her son Stephen R. Taylor, Jr. in 2009. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Ann Taylor of Wilmington, Del.; grandchildren, Amanda and her husband Matthew, Brandon and his wife Hannah, Katie and her husband Chris Laura and her husband Christian; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Ashton, William, Isabella, Ethan, Ayden, Noah, Carlie, Issac, Joshua, River, Peter and Cana; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held, 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (RT 10), Dover. Family and friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
