MILLSBORO - Betty F. Kemble a resident of Millsboro since 1994, formerly of Mechanicsburg, Pa., passed away on Friday, March 8, 2013 at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. Betty was born in Harrisburg, Pa. the daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Fissel) Marino. She was a pool attendant for Tunnell's in Long Neck. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post # 28 in Millsboro. She was an avid reader, especially Amish history. She enjoyed crocheting lap afghans for the American Legion in Dover. She received several awards from the American Legion as well as from the State for her dedication and hours of service. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Donald Kemble; children, Mike Kemble, Carrleen Kemble, Tammy Knudsen and husband Robert and Sheri Murray and husband, Robert; two grandchildren, Valerie Nunez and husband Ralph and Kenny Murray; one great-granddaughter, Sydney. A celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013 from noon to 3 p.m. at the Pot-Nets Lakeside Community Room, 33076 Rock Cove, Long Neck, Millsboro, DE. Arrangements by Short Funeral Services, Milton, DE.
