Bayhealth has entered into an agreement to purchase 18 along U.S. 9 at the intersection of Hudson Road in Sussex County. “We are excited to expand our footprint in southern Delaware,” said Bayhealth President and CEO Terry Murphy. “As more services are available on an outpatient basis, we hope that one day this property will allow Bayhealth to expand access to care, improve convenience and add choices for the rapidly growing population of consumers seeking high-quality health care services in Sussex County.” Bayhealth is currently building a new $314 million hospital and outpatient center just off Del. 1 in Milford.
