MILLSBORO - Barbara J. Phillips passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014. She was 75 years old. A time of visitation will be held from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St. Millsboro, DE 19966. Inurnment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
