MILFORD - Barbara A. Kane died Monday, Dec. 23, 2013 at Delaware Hospice. Born in Philadelphia, she was a resident of Ridley Park, Pa. before moving to Delaware. She was employed as a Customer Service Agent for C.F. Air Freight and Emery Air Freight. Her memberships included First Presbyterian Church of Millsboro Delaware where she served as a Deacon. Daughter of the late Richard and Anna Green Moody, she was the wife of the late John L. Phillips and Charles R. Kane. Surviving are two daughters, Donna (Rich) Ferragina and Lori (Mark) Hendrzak; one son, Michael Phillips; four step-children, Dan Kane, Linda Hinsdale, Charles Kane, III and Kim Margetich; also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Rick and Bill Moody. The Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Marvil Funeral Home, 1110 Main St., Darby where there will be a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Glenwood Memorial Gardens. Cotributions to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, Delaware 19963 would be appreciated by the family.
