Bally’s Dover finished the installation of its new state and Prisoner of War flag poles placed alongside the American flag. This was completed in time to celebrate veterans on Nov. 11 with an employee luncheon for those who served.  Over 30 team members, along with Bally’s directors, had a catered lunch with remarks from Vice President and General Manager Nick Polcino, and a slide presentation of Bally’s veterans.  Special ballcaps were handed out to the team members as well.
