Dover - Arthur G. Smith passed away at his home surrounded by his family on June 9, 2013. Funeral services will be Sat. June 15, at noon at New Covenant Christian Church, 11 W.Camden Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE. Public visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
