BRIDGEVILLE - Anthony M. Mikolajczyk, of Clearfield, Pa. died on April 6, 2015. Born on July 12, 1944 Olean, N.Y., a son of the late Anthony Francis and Rose (Nickola) Mikolajczyk. He served his country in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve from April 1965 until Oct. 1988, including service in the Vietnam War. Upon moving to Pa. he served his state and his community with the Forestry Department. He is survived by daughter, Ann Marie Todd (Darron) of Bridgeville; granddaughters, Holly and Regan; sister, Mary Ann Triesky (Anthony) of N.Y.; nephew, John Triesky (Amanda) of Pa.; great nephews, Tobias, Jacob and Samuel. Services will be held at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on April 17, 2015 2 p.m. Visitation will be held for an hour prior. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to cancer research. www.beardsleyfuneralhome.com.
