LAUREL - Anna Mae Bragg, of Laurel, formerly of Greenwood died at her residence on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. She was 88 years old. Anna Mae was born in Trappe, Md., the daughter of Harry M. Sr. and Frances Baynard Saunders. She was a waitress at Oak Hill Diner in Easton for many years. Anna Mae was a graduate of Trappe High School, the class of 1943. She was a past member of Women of the Moose. She enjoyed traveling and going out to eat, working in puzzle books, and making holidays crafts. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a step-son, David Bragg; a sister, Peggy; and two husbands, Harry Whitby, Jr. in 1972 and Ceibert C. Bragg in 2011. She is survived by two daughters, Cindy and Bill Thomas of Seaford, and Sharon and Buddy Harding of Hurlock, Md.; nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; one sister, Sara Bridges of Kentucky; and one brother, Harry Saunders, Jr. of Wasilla, Alaska; and five step-children, Clyde Bragg of Viola, Mary Evans, Baltimore, Md., Thomas Bragg of Buford, Ga., Jeannette Ann Southard of Milford and William "Rick" Bragg Omaha, Neb. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at the Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 W. Market Street, Greenwood, DE 19950. Friends may call one hour prior to funeral services. Interment will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park, in Easton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to : Compassionate Care Hospice, 28467 DuPont Blvd, Ste. 6, Millsboro, DE 19966.
