HARTLY - Alberta Helen Sheats died on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Kent General Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born on June 5, 1932 in Philadelphia, Pa. She is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Curran; son, James Sipple; her sisters, Maryann Ferrara, Carol O'Neal, Elenor Parmentor, and Anna Green; brothers, Thomas and James Curran; and her husband, George Sheats. She is survived by her son, Jojo Sipple; daughter, Sarah and Rick Cox; son, Gary Sipple; son, Dennis and Holly Sipple. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Laura and Mike Morsberger, April and George Mitchell, Jimmy Sipple, Rita Sipple, Erica Sipple, Amanda Sipple, Joshua, and Dylan; great-grandchildren, Larah, Michael Shane, Ashlee, Landon, Tyler, and Katie; as well as her brother, Joseph Curran; and many nieces and nephews. A viewing for Alberta will be held on Friday, June 28, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Pippin Funeral home in Wyoming, services will begin at 1 p.m., burial will follow at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery.
