SALISBURY - Woody Carroll Bozman, Jr., died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016 surrounded by his family. Born in Salisbury, he was the son of the late Woody Carroll Bozman, Sr., and Florence Katherine Shores Bozman. He was a retired employee of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and a retired active and reserve U.S. Army officer. He was a member of the American Legion Post 64, Retired Military Officers Association, a life member of the Elks Lodge 817 and 57-year member of Trinity United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Fields Bozman; a son, Neal K. Bozman; an infant brother and sister; and two sisters, Virginia Brewington and Vera Morris. He is survived by three daughters, Beth Ann Bozman, of Rehoboth Beach, Karen Sue Blecki, of Punta Gorda, Fla., and Jenny Kay Henderson, of Chesapeake, Va.; five granddaughters; three great-granddaughters; and a nephew. A graveside memorial service was held Friday, Oct. 14, 2016, at Wicomico Memorial Park in Salisbury. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
