SALISBURY - William "Bill" Alastair Howard died Sunday, May 20, 2018, at Coastal Hospice By The Lake, after a two-decade battle of Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. Born in Los Angeles, he was the son of Lauralee Howard of California and the late William Joseph Howard.
His career spanned two decades as a proud Master Electrician with IBEW Local 26, Washington, D.C.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Debera Howard; sons, Travis Ian Howard of Culpeper, Va., and Kyle Alastair Howard of Fruitland; a brother, Michael Howard of Palm Desert, Calif.; three grandchildren; a sister, Denise McLinn of Malden, Mass; and several nieces and nephews.
He was laid to rest, June 9, 2018, in a private memorial. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
