Wesley D. Riley

HEBRON - Wesley D. Riley, Sr., died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016, at his home in Hebron. Born in Seaford, he was a son of Jean Wilson Polleck and the late Nelson William Riley. He was an auto mechanic and also worked several years at Brownie's Liquors in Delmar. He was a member of the Impact Church of Fruitland, where he maintained the church grounds. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son, Wesley D. Riley, Jr.; a daughter, Christine Riley; and a sister, Judith Lynn King. He is survived by a daughter, Taylor Alexine Riley, of Delmar; his companion and caregiver, Lisa Edwards, of Hebron; a sister, Wendy Fritch, of Salisbury; and his former wife and mother to their daughter, Lisa Mae Riley. At his request, no formal services will be planned. Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Home in Delmar.
