SALISBURY - Teresa Redden Lewers died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018, at her daughter's home in Delmar. Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of Dan Redden of Pocomoke City and the late Mary "Gay" Shields. She graduated from Pocomoke High School and went on to attend a small college in Nassawadox, where she received her LPN. She continued her education at Wesley College, where she received her RN degree. She was a dedicated nurse, beginning her work in Richmond and then returning to the area to finish her work as a nurse in the EP Lab at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. She was an active member at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church – Fruitland Campus. She is survived by her daughter, Kelly K. Tingle of Delmar; a brother, Willis Redden; and two nephews. A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018, at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church on West Main Street in Fruitland. Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Home in Delmar.
