CRISFIELD — The annual fall bazaar at the Tawes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 201 Hall Highway, will be held Friday and Saturday, Oct. 30-31 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. Homemade soups and chili and assorted baked goods will be for sale. A variety of local and regional vendors will be selling their arts and crafts such as holiday decorations, jewelry, scarfs, handcrafted items and more.
The famous fish bowl table will be stocked with items. There will be an interactive cake walk, music and much more. Flu shots will be available for $5 or free with Medicare Part B.
Proceeds benefit the Tawes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center’s Activities Program.
“This is our biggest fundraiser” says Activities Director Debbie Landon. “We are looking forward to a large turnout this year. It is a good way to get some holiday shopping done, take home delicious homemade food, and support your local nursing home.”
