WESTOVER — The Somerset County Sheriff’s Office reports the following incidents and arrests.

Noe Barnal Rubio of Crisfield, arrested 12-24-14 for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving,  consuming alcohol while driving, violating license restrictions, and failing to keep right of center. Rubio was released on citations pending District Court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop in the area of Crisfield Highway, and Crisfield Marion Rd where deputies were flagged down by a motorist reporting a suspected drunk driver.   Donald Lee Handy of Princess Anne, arrested 1-2-15 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Handy was held on a $500.00 bond.   Troy Emanuel Smith Sr. of Salisbury, arrested 1-5-15 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Smith was held on a $500.00 bond.   Kevin Wilson Phillips of Princess Anne, arrested 1-7-15 on a warrant for violating a protective order, and harassment. Phillips was released on an unsecured bond.   Gregory Theodore Tanouye of Curtis Bay Maryland, arrested 1-12-15 on a warrant for violation of probation. Tanouye was held without bond.   Thomas O’Leary Simpson of Pocomoke, arrested 1-12-15 on a warrant for violation of probation. Simpson was held on a $5,000 bond.   Kerri Eugenia Vaughan of Princess Anne, arrested 1-13-15 on a warrant for violation of probation. Vaughan was held on a $10,000 bond.   Liza Marie Nichols of Salisbury, arrested 1-13-15 on a warrant for contempt of court. Nichols was held on a $155.00 bond.
