Shirley G. Robinson

HURLOCK - Shirley G. Robinson of Hurlock, passed Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006, at Dorchester General Hospital in Cambridge.

She was born July 25, 1937. She was married to Johney "Marvin" Robinson on Nov. 3, 1954, a marriage of 51 years and she was widowed on Jan. 22, 2006.

Mrs. Robinson was the mother of and is survived by four children: Johney M. Robinson Jr., Theresa Lynn Harris, Deborah Ann Wright and William James Robinson. She is survived by several grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She is also survived by a brother, Jim Pritchett and a sister, Alice Whitsel.

A memorial in her honor will be held at the Unity-Methodist Church, corner of Broad and Main streets, Hurlock, from 5-7 p.m. on Monday.

The family requests in lieu of flower that any contributions be made in her honor to Dorchester General Hospital, Telemetry unit, 300 Bryn St., Cambridge, MD 21613.
